  •       Dates have an important prevention of cerebral palsy and cancer in children, as dates contain vitamins, minerals, fiber and sugars that have them. Therefore, dates can be mixed with milk to give a complete meal for the child, rich in most of the food that the child needs at this age.
  •       Supplying children's bodies with energy, especially in cold weather. It is recommended to eat dates for children to open appetite and treat anemia because dates contain copper, iron and vitamin B.
