Payment , Cancelation and Refund Policy

• Minimum order amount is 100 Saudi Riyals.

Order Fulfillment Time After Payment:

• It takes us between 1 and 2 business days to fulfill and ship the order to the customer.

• This period begins after the full amount has been received in our bank account.

• (Excluding weekends and Saudi public holidays).

Return , Cancelation , Refund Policy:

• Customers have the right to cancel their order before the shipment is handed over to the shipping company.

• We do not accept returns of products after the order has been shipped, unless there is a quality issue.

• The order will be canceled if the product is unavailable or cannot be shipped.

• The customer will be refunded using the same payment method used to make the purchase with 2 workdays
• The amount appears on the credit card within 3-7 days... and the bank transfer and PayPal at the same time.
• If the order is canceled after it has been processed, only the product price will be refunded, and the shipping cost will be deducted.
  
• If the order is canceled after the shipment has been executed, the shipping cost will be deducted from the refund amount.
