• First 15 kg have fix price if more have price each half kg

• Express Mail (EMS) and Postal Parcels (SPL) have fixed prices for specific weight categories.

  To get a fixed price, make sure your cart weight falls within the weight category:

  • 0-4.2 kg - Same price
  • 4.2-9 kg - Same price
  • 9-18 kg - Same price
  • 18-27 kg - Same price

• Other shipping companies (Aramex , Fedex , DHL)  charge a specific price for each half kilogram.

  
  

Taxes

• A 15% tax is applied to shipments within Saudi Arabia.
• There is no tax on products shipped to international addresses.

Packaging Weight

• Packaging weight is not included in the product weight.
• An additional weight of 17% of the total order weight is added to ensure safe delivery of the product.

Billing Address and Shipping Address

• There is no difference between the two addresses.
• If the customer wants to ship the order to a different address, they must enter the shipping address for The Receiver and his Mobile when placing the order.
